Before you can withdraw funds from koipasti, we require identity verification via three documents:
- National ID (KTP or equivalent): A clear photograph of the front and back of your government-issued ID. The ID must be current and legible.
- Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document dated within the last three months showing your name and residential address. Documents from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and other supported regions are accepted.

We at koipasti review withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Standard processing occurs during business hours (Monday through Friday). A typical withdrawal review takes between two and five business days from the moment you submit your request, depending on our current queue and any verification requirements.
If your account has not yet passed identity verification, we will complete KYC verification before processing your withdrawal. If you have recently made a large withdrawal or unusual activity appears on your account, we may request additional information before approving your request.
Once your withdrawal is approved, the funds are transferred to your registered payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet). Payments and transactions

We offer a weekly cashback promotion on select account activity, though the mechanics vary by account status and promotion period. Cashback is credited as a bonus balance that is subject to our standard playthrough terms — you must wager the bonus amount at least once before withdrawing it as cash.
Terms for cashback are communicated via in-app notice and email when you are eligible. Cashback is calculated on net losses (total wagered minus total winnings) during a calendar week, usually processed on Monday. Minimum account activity and tenure requirements may apply.

If you wish to temporarily pause your account (so you cannot access it for a defined period), contact our support team. We can place a temporary restriction on your account that prevents login and wagering. When the restriction period expires, you can log in normally again.
If you wish to permanently close your account, you must first withdraw all remaining balance. Then contact support and request account closure. We will process your closure request and you will no longer be able to log in. Your historical data is retained for regulatory and dispute-resolution purposes.
